Denis Fuster
Denis is an international Realtor Associate with RE/MAX Island Surf Realty in Pahoa, Hawaii. A Hawaii resident since 2001 and investor himself on the island, Denis is a full-time member of the Kona Board of Realtors. He lives in Puna, the fastest-growing district of the Orchid Isle, and therefore is extremely knowledgeable about the nuances of current real estate trends in Hawaii.
Denis is known for his strategic thinking, attention to detail and dedication to meeting the needs of real estate buyers and sellers from around the world. Prior to his career change in 2001, Denis was a highly successful international executive in the Information Technology industry for 15 years. He started and rapidly developed software companies in France, Germany, the U.S. and Canada. An MBA with a double major in English and German, Denis is able to flawlessly perform high-level business transactions in three languages and easily relate to multiple cultures.
A native of Lyon, France, Denis relocated to Hawaii after 10 years in the Bay Area to enjoy Polynesia, its culture, nature and diversity. He enjoys food, people, swimming and long hikes by the Ocean or near flowing lava!

Jessica Hall
Jessica has been involved with real estate investment from a very young age. In the early 1970s her parents bought and renovated several Victorian houses in Atlanta, GA. These properties are still in the family and have proved to be very successful rentals. Her father turned this experience into a solid property management business that she helped him with over the years.
After college (BA, Colby College in Waterville, Maine), she returned to Atlanta and launched her first company, Berlin's Walls. Then, in the mid-nineties moved to Denver, CO with her husband and continued to thrive as a business owner with several employees. Wanting to increase her abilities to invest in real estate and help others do the same, she earned her real estate license in Colorado (one of the strictest states on pre-licensing education).
Hawaii has enriched both her career in real estate and her personal life. "The lifestyle on the 'Big Island' is relaxed and peaceful" Hall says. She has joined her neighborhood's ACTION CARE TEAM to help better the place where she lives. "I hope to make an impression here and help the East coast of the island grow with grace and embrace its new residents with the spirit of Aloha" adds Hall.
